As a platform that connects people to therapy and brings awareness to mental health, Frame is on a mission to normalize the hard days and celebrate the good ones. We represent a community where people can learn, grow, and find support through it all. From finding the right therapist to making progress in a session, we’re here to help you through your therapy journey.
We hold respect for every journey, story, and person that we meet. There’s a diversity of people and experiences in the world, and we’d never judge any of them. Shame and embarrassment have no place in our vocabulary.
Community, support, and belonging. Our sweet spot is somewhere between all three. Whether we’re helping people find a connection to a therapist or unearth a deeper connection with themselves, we’re committed to the kind of experience that’s true to life and sincere in its execution.
We’ll be the first to say it: growth can be messy. And we’ll also be the first to say everything else that needs to be said, even if it’s not the easiest path to take. This approach is what helps us lift the veil on therapy and build trust with our audience.

Co-Founder & CEO of Frame
After spending years working with different therapists, Kendall was frustrated with the constant barriers surrounding mental healthcare. It’s hard to find the right therapist and scheduling, billing, and communication can be cumbersome. She asked herself, “why isn’t there a better solution to these problems?” This sent her on a mission to partner up with her childhood friend Sage to build Frame, a platform that makes the entire therapy journey easier for you. Kendall now uses her background in tech, product, and marketing to build a completely unique experience for both clients and therapists. Prior to Frame, Kendall was a Product Marketing Lead at Snapchat, Google, and Youtube.
