“Probably the biggest setback I've had was growing up in an unstable and abusive environment. I grew up experiencing numerous amounts of verbal, mental, and even some sexual abuse. From childhood to adulthood, I went through multiple events of depression and self-doubt. Although horrific at the time - I've used these setbacks as set"ups" towards a better, happy, and successful life.

After seeing several therapists growing up, I've learned how to come to terms with my past and control my life perspectives. Therapy has helped me understand new ways of seeing things and realizing the power I have over my life.”
